Get Customers

Now that we have increased your internet exposure, we need to get customers and convert them into paying customers.  Here are some ways we can turn window-shoppers into new customers.

  1. Use Call-to-Actions:  Your website, web directory listings, social media pages, etc. will occasionally include a call-to-action.  A call-to-action can be anything from a generic reminder to a cut-out coupon or even a small discount on one’s next visit.  Differentiate your business from the competition and ensure that you are converting potential customers into paying patrons.

  2. Promote a Monthly/Weekly Special: For faster traction when promoting your shop, we should implement Monthly or Weekly specials.  Your email list, website and social media pages are great tools for getting the word out!

  3. Oil Change WinnersFree Oil Change:  This will allow you to engage your existing audience and broaden your customer base, Guaranteed!  Every month, we select a new winner from the pool of followers from your social media accounts.  Winners tell family, friends, and acquaintances via word-of-mouth AND your social media accounts will tell thousands!

  4. Consistently Posted Content:  We mentioned earlier that having NO internet presence actually cost you business, well, the following can also cost you business:  Posting once a year or posting only during the holidays.  We provide daily consistent informative content to your social media accounts … “Cabin air filters can be found on most late-model vehicles.
