Every post we make on your social media platform is an opportunity for customers to “feel good” about you which can result in more frequent sales. When we build you a following, you’ll simultaneously have access to new customers, recent customers, and old customers, and be able to interact with all of them. Every image, video, or comment we share is a chance for someone to react, and every reaction could lead to a sale. Not every interaction with your company results in sales, but every positive interaction increases the likelihood of an eventual sale (or more frequent sales). The sheer number of opportunities you have on social media is significant. As I have said many times,  “opportunity” is the first element of any action.
